Today we serve the Tri-Market corridor — Pakistan, USA, and UAE — from a fully remote practice, handling everything on WhatsApp. Our clients are salaried professionals, freelancers, startup founders, and diaspora businesses navigating multi-jurisdictional obligations.

Founded in Karachi
H.N. Associate established as a tax and corporate consultancy practice serving Karachi-based businesses and salaried individuals.
FBR Practitioner Licence
Obtained FBR Income Tax Practitioner licence (ITP-2458902). Expanded services to cover sales tax, company registration, and corporate compliance.
US Desk launched
Identified growing demand from Pakistani freelancers and diaspora for US LLC formation. Launched dedicated USA services desk.
IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent
Certified by the IRS as a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA-890124) — authorising us to certify passport documents for ITIN applications without mailing originals to the IRS.
5,000 ITINs milestone
Crossed 5,000 ITIN applications processed — the largest volume among Pakistan-based CAA agents. Became the reference point for Pakistani non-resident ITIN filing.
UAE Desk launched
UAE introduced 9% Corporate Tax. HN launched a dedicated UAE desk covering Free Zone setup, Mainland licensing, and CT registration ahead of the compliance wave.
Digital-first practice
Transitioned to a fully remote practice model. All services delivered via WhatsApp and email. Zero office visits required for individual and most corporate services.
